Lisa is an LLMSW, currently practicing under her supervisor, Kayleigh Parent, LMSW, CAADC (here at Bloom Behavioral Health Partners). Lisa has over 20 years of life experiences and education that have prepared her both personally and professionally. She is part Eastern Cherokee and enjoys learning about new cultures and traditions. She has experience with diverse clients having issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, life transitions, guardianship, caregiving, PTSD, bipolar I, borderline personality, schizophrenia, psychosis, and substance use. Her preferred clients are adults 18+. She likes to use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness skills.

A note from Lisa: ‘On a personal level, I enjoy advocating for others on the local, state, and federal levels. My favorite time of the year is Christmas (I leave a tree up all year round, decorating for different seasons and holidays. My son’s Siamese Cat is the cutest (in my opinion). Some of my favorite hobbies include Crafts, Reading, and creating projects on Canva. On my bucket list is to travel to Thailand, New Zealand, and Brazil.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.

Rebecca is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate a wide range of emotional experiences and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. She believes that each person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, even during difficult or overwhelming seasons of life.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and move at a pace that feels right for them. She believes the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change and works to build trust and emotional safety in each session.

She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches to support clients in developing practical coping skills and healthier patterns of thinking. When working with younger clients, she also integrates play-based therapeutic techniques to support expression and engagement in developmentally appropriate ways.

With a Christian faith background, Rebecca is able to incorporate a faith-based perspective when it is helpful and requested, while always honoring each client’s beliefs and values. She feels honored to walk alongside clients as they build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.

Chelsea brings a wealth of experience to her role as Office Administrator, with over a decade of expertise in medical office settings. Her strong background in business administration, coupled with her bachelor’s degree in business administration, enables her to efficiently manage day-to-day operations and streamline administrative processes.

As an integral part of our office’s functionality, Chelsea excels in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments. Her attention to detail and organizational skills contribute significantly to maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment. Chelsea’s extensive experience in medical offices has honed her ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Outside of work, Chelsea cherishes time with her husband and three children, often embarking on outdoor adventures and enjoying nature together. She finds balance in her personal life through her love of crocheting and reading, activities that complement her detail-oriented professional approach.
